Services we use
We use trusted service providers to operate parts of the website. Firebase provides authentication and database services. Stripe processes payments. These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and security practices. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Adoption forms and external links
Adoption form links may take you to an external rescue or adoption agency website. Once you leave The Whimsy Kitty website, that organization's privacy policy and terms apply. Please review them before submitting an adoption application.
Cookies and session security
We use essential session cookies to keep signed-in customers and administrators authenticated. These cookies help protect account and booking features. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in and account features from working.
How long we keep information
We retain account and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
